Slacking on my salads but I’m back & I’m hungry!
To a couple of our teachers that stuck with it! Lindsey Reyes has lost 12lbs and 13.25 inches. Letty Garcia has lost 8lbs and 9.25 inches in just 6 weeks by attending our Fit Camps! We are so proud of STR8 Training client Darlene. She has worked her tail off since day one, hangs around after sessions asking questions on how she can get to her ultimate goal faster, has inspired/encouraged her partner, family, and friends, taught herself more about fitness and nutrition, runs her own business, and has become a big part of our family here STR8.
