To a couple of our teachers that stuck with it! Lindsey Reyes has lost 12lbs and 13.25 inches. Letty Garcia has lost 8lbs and 9.25 inches in just 6 weeks by attending our Fit Camps! We are looking forward to watching you progress through the school year. Any teacher that are interested we are still offering our discount for you guys!

We are so proud of STR8 Training client Darlene. She has worked her tail off since day one, hangs around after sessions asking questions on how she can get to her ultimate goal faster, has inspired/encouraged her partner, family, and friends, taught herself more about fitness and nutrition, runs her own business, and has become a big part of our family here STR8. We are so excited to watch her journey and to have her on our team. Way to go Darlene!

Summer Athletic Camp

Registration Extended until July 4th! This is the last week to sign your kids up for our Strength and Conditioning Summer Camp. Athletes ages 12-18. We still have a few spots left!

Mexican Meatloaf

One of our new favs! 2 lbs of lean ground turkey, low sodium taco seasoning, black beans, onions, garlic, tomatoes, and jalepenos. Sprinkled a little 2% organic cheese and topped with avocado. So good!


Looking Fabulous Codye!

One of our loyal clients Codye Sides has had amazing results in the past few weeks. She has lost a total of 18.75 inches! She has been working hard doing Group Training at STR8 with trainer, Chris Jackson and has added our Healthy Meals To-Go to replace her weekly meals giving her a chance to have optimal results.

We are so excited to see her progress! Looking fabulous Codye, keep it up!
